Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is available across the European Union and select countries. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days. Customers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. Please inspect shipments upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.

Returns
Products eligible for return must be sent back within 14 days of delivery after contacting our support team at info@saregamatv.com
for return authorization. All approved returns should be shipped to Techspire, Aleja Solidarności 68, 00-240 Warszawa, Polska, and must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty
All products are new and sourced from authorized manufacturers. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty. Warranty claims require a description of the defect and order information. Items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Warranty replacements or repairs are handled promptly based on product availability.
