General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

 

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Techspire website and its related subdomains (the “Website”).

2. DEFINITIONS

 

2.1 Buyer / Consumer: A natural person purchasing products for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

 

2.2 Contract: The legally binding agreement formed when the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order.

 

2.3 Products: Media player TV boxes and related accessories offered for sale on the Website.

 

2.4 Website: The Techspire online store and associated subdomains.

 

3. APPLICABILITY

 

3.1These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and contracts concluded via the Website, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

 

4.1 All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website and include applicable VAT and mandatory charges, unless stated otherwise.

 

4.2 Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

 

4.3 While we strive to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

 

4.4 Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the Website. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

5. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

 

5.1 Orders may only be placed through the Website.

 

5.2 After placing an order, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation email.

The Contract is concluded only when the Seller confirms shipment or dispatch of the Products.

 

5.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of non-payment, suspected fraud, or incorrect order information.

 

6. DELIVERY

 

6.1 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

 

6.2 Delivery times shown on the Website are estimates and may vary due to logistics or force majeure.

 

6.3 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

 

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE)

 

7.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

 

7.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Buyer (or a third party designated by the Buyer) receives the Products.

 

7.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via a clear statement (e.g. email).

 

8. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

 

8.1 Upon valid withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return.

 

8.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

8.3 The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products are received back or return proof is provided.

 

9. RETURN CONDITIONS AND COSTS

 

9.1 The Buyer must return the Products within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.

 

9.2 The Buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

 

9.3 Products must be returned in their original condition, including accessories, manuals, and packaging.

 

9.4 The Buyer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

 

10. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

10.3 Products customized or made to the Buyer’s specifications;

 

10.4 Digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun with consent.

 

11. WARRANTY AND LEGAL CONFORMITY

 

11.1 Products are covered by the EU statutory conformity warranty, valid for 2 years from delivery.

 

11.2 If a Product is defective or non-conforming, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.

 

11.3 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

12.1 The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

12.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.

 

13. FORCE MAJEURE

 

13.1 The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, or governmental actions.

 

14. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.2 The Seller will respond within 14 days of receipt.

 17. Warranty & Usage Terms

 17.1 The product referred to as a “Box” is an Android media player device (hardware only). Any mention of “12 months” or “12 months service” refers strictly to a 12- month limited warranty and does not imply access to digital content or third-party services. During the warranty period, the device will be repaired or replaced, subject to technical inspection, in the event of verified software or hardware defects under normal usage. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, power issues, and third party software related problems are excluded. Replacement is provided at the company’s discretion, and availability of applications or content is not guaranteed.

 

18. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

18.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

18.2 The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies.
